You can then confirm your booking requirements are available and make any enquiries about the cottage.

A booking form is then available here (click to download) for you to complete and return to the owners with your deposit. You will then receive a receipt and telephone call to confirm your booking.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

If you have to cancel your booking please inform us immediately by phone and then in writing (The deposit will be refunded in case of a cancellation only if the property is re-let at the full rent; otherwise the amount paid is forfeit).

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE. Holidays commence at 3pm on arrival date and the property must be vacated by 10.30 am on departure date

CLEANING AND BREAKAGES. Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as it was found and report all damage and breakages promptly.

ACCESS. The owners shall be allowed access to the property at all reasonable times.

PETS. No dogs or other pets are allowed.

Please remember we do not supply Towels.

 

We would also like to remind you that we do not offer holiday cancelation insurance and if this is required you should obtain this from your local insurance office.
